These terms and conditions apply to all transactions with Resource For Creators BV. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. Each agreement is subject to and interpreted in accordance with Belgian law. Disputes between us will be settled exclusively by the Antwerp court. Nothing in these terms will affect your legal rights.
By using this website, you agree to these terms and conditions. All transactions with Resource For Creators BV are subject to these terms.
With ‘the company’, ‘we’, or ‘our’, or the store name: ‘BAKERMAT’, reference is always made to Resource For Creators BV. With ‘the customer’, reference is always made to the person or persons who purchase goods from the company or agree to purchase goods. Any reference to the website implies a reference to all URLs owned by Resource For Creators BV.
Seller:
Resource For Creators BV, having its registered office at Ferdinand Coosemansstraat 83/4, 2600 Antwerp, is owned by Quinten Schaap and Cédric Jacquemyn. The company is registered in the KBO, with VAT number BE0794556593.
Application:
These terms are applicable to all transactions with Resource For Creators BV. By making purchases, the buyer accepts these terms, which are an integral part of the agreement.
Prices:
All prices are in Euros and inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate, unless otherwise stated. We check prices and specifications to the best of our ability. Although we strive for accuracy, we do not accept responsibility for errors or omissions. We reserve the right to change prices and specifications without prior notice.
Order:
In case of unavailability of an item, the buyer will be notified within a reasonable period.
Shipping costs are exclusive, except for specific actions mentioned on the site. Prices are added during checkout and depend on the order size and the destination country.
Note: Minors (under 18 years) cannot make purchases without the consent of parents or guardians.

At Resource For Creators BV, we accept various payment methods, including:

We also offer the option to pay with a Bakermat gift card.
All items remain the property of Resource For Creators BV until full payment.
Delivery:
Goods are prepared after registration of payment. Shipment takes place within two working days (Monday to Friday) after receipt of payment. Delays caused by carriers are beyond our responsibility. In case of an incorrectly provided delivery address, any additional costs are borne by the buyer.
Return Policy – Returns:
Unused products in their original packaging that fall within the standard Belgian right of withdrawal can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Custom-cut products are not subject to the standard return policy, except in cases of defects, as detailed in our return policy. Please contact us before returning at info@dev.bakermat.net.
Refund occurs upon receipt of the returned product. For further queries on returns, customers can contact us.
Return shipments are always at the cost and responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing or in case of a proven mistake on our part or a defective item.

Shipping Risk:
We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage during shipment via carriers. We carefully pack products to minimise the risk of damage.
Force Majeure:
We are not responsible for non-compliance with our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control such as force majeure, riot, flooding, fire, strike, lockout, transport issues, and the issuance of laws. If Resource For Creators BV is unable to deliver the ordered items wholly or partially within a reasonable time due to such circumstances, the liability of the customer is limited to the value of the items already delivered, along with any additional delivery costs.
Personal Data:
We strive for maximum protection of user data. By using our services, you agree to our privacy policy and the use of your personal data as described therein.
Complaints can be lodged with our customer service via info@dev.bakermat.net or through the European ODR Platform.
Applicable Law:
All agreements fall under Belgian law. Disputes arising from this agreement will be submitted to the Antwerp court.
Offers:
Our offers are non-binding, and additions are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

The colors of products displayed on this website may vary due to differences in technical capabilities and device settings, as well as individual screen calibrations of users. While we make every effort to display accurate and representative colors, we cannot guarantee that the colors appearing on your screen exactly match the actual colors of the products.
Questions and Complaints:
Complaints regarding incorrect deliveries must be reported within eight days of receipt. For complaints about hidden defects, these must be reported within eight days of discovering the defect or when it could reasonably have been discovered in writing.

Resource For Creators BV
Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle transacties met Resource For Creators BV. Lees deze voorwaarden zorgvuldig door voordat u een bestelling plaatst. Elke overeenkomst valt onder en wordt geïnterpreteerd in overeenstemming met het Belgisch recht. Geschillen tussen ons worden uitsluitend beslecht door de rechtbank van Antwerpen. Niets in deze voorwaarden zal uw wettelijke rechten aantasten.
Door gebruik te maken van deze website stemt u in met deze algemene voorwaarden. Alle transacties met Resource For Creators BV zijn onderworpen aan deze voorwaarden.

Deze voorwaarden zijn van kracht voor alle transacties met Resource For Creators BV. Door aankopen te doen, aanvaardt de koper deze voorwaarden, die integraal deel uitmaken van de overeenkomst.
Prijzen:
Alle prijzen zijn in euro en inclusief btw volgens het geldende tarief, tenzij anders vermeld. We controleren prijzen en specificaties naar ons beste vermogen. Hoewel we streven naar correctheid, aanvaarden we geen verantwoordelijkheid voor fouten of weglatingen. We behouden ons het recht voor om prijzen en specificaties te wijzigen zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving.
Bestelling:
Bij eventuele onbeschikbaarheid van een artikel wordt de koper binnen een redelijke termijn op de hoogte gebracht.
Verzendingskosten zijn exclusief, behalve bij specifieke acties vermeld op de site. De prijzen worden bij de afrekening toegevoegd en zijn afhankelijk van de bestelomvang en het land van bestemming.
Let op: minderjarigen (onder 18 jaar) mogen niet tot aankoop overgaan zonder toestemming van ouders of voogd.

Levering:
De goederen worden voorbereid na registratie van de betaling. Verzending vindt plaats binnen twee werkdagen ( maandag tot vrijdag) na ontvangst van betaling. Vertragingen veroorzaakt door transporteurs vallen buiten onze verantwoordelijkheid. Bij een foutief doorgegeven leveringsadres zijn de extra kosten voor rekening van de koper.
Herroepingsrecht – retourneren:
Ongebruikte producten in de originele verpakking die binnen het standaard Belgische herroepingsrecht vallen kunnen binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst worden geretourneerd. Op maat geknipte producten vallen niet onder het standaard retourbeleid, behalve bij defecten, zoals in detail beschreven in on retour beleid.

Terugbetaling vindt plaats na ontvangst van het geretourneerde product. Voor verdere vragen over retouren kunnen klanten contact met ons opnemen.
Retourzendingen zijn steeds voor rekening en verantwoordelijkheid van de klant, tenzij anders schriftelijk overeengekomen of in geval van een aantoonbare fout van onze kant of een defect item.

Risico van verzending:
Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor verlies, diefstal of beschadiging tijdens verzending via transporteurs. We pakken producten zorgvuldig in om het risico op beschadiging te minimaliseren.
Overmacht:
We zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor niet-nakoming van onze verplichtingen door omstandigheden buiten onze controle zoals overmacht, oproer, overstroming, brand, staking, lock-out, vervoersproblemen en uitvaardiging van wetten. Indien Resource For Creators BV door dergelijke omstandigheden niet in staat is om de bestelde artikelen geheel of gedeeltelijk binnen een redelijke termijn te leveren, wordt de aansprakelijkheid van de klant beperkt tot de waarde van de reeds geleverde artikelen, samen met eventuele bijkomende leveringskosten.
Persoonsgegevens: Wij streven naar maximale bescherming van gebruikersgegevens, door gebruik te maken van onze services gaat u akkoord met ons privacybeleid en het gebruik van uw persoonlijke gegevens zoals daarin beschreven.
Klachten kunnen worden ingediend bij onze klantendienst via info@dev.bakermat.net of via het Europees ODR Platform.
Toepasselijk recht: Alle overeenkomsten vallen onder het Belgische recht. Geschillen die voortvloeien uit deze overeenkomst zullen worden voorgelegd aan de rechtbank van Antwerpen.
Aanbiedingen Onze aanbiedingen zijn vrijblijvend en aanvullingen zijn slechts geldig indien schriftelijk overeengekomen.
Afbeeldingen: De kleuren van producten die op deze website worden weergegeven, kunnen variëren als gevolg van verschillen in technische mogelijkheden en instellingen van apparaten, evenals individuele schermkalibraties van gebruikers. Hoewel we ons uiterste best doen om nauwkeurige en representatieve kleuren te tonen, kunnen we niet garanderen dat de kleuren die op uw scherm verschijnen exact overeenkomen met de werkelijke kleuren van de producten.
Vragen en klachten: Klachten met betrekking tot onjuiste leveringen moeten binnen acht dagen na ontvangst worden gemeld. Voor klachten over verborgen gebreken geldt dat deze binnen acht dagen na ontdekking van het gebrek of na het redelijkerwijs kunnen ontdekken ervan, schriftelijk gemeld dienen te worden
